Terms and Conditions *

SCOPE OF REPRESENTATION
The scope of this representation will include any and all legal research, drafting legal documents, correspondence with third parties on your behalf, traveling to court, meetings, depositions, other related meetings, correspondence with you, correspondence with legal counsel, correspondence with in-house consultants and anything else deemed necessary to properly and effectively represent your interests and the purpose of the engagement. 

COMPENSATION
This firm charges an hourly rate of $300 per hour billed in 6 minute increments (i.e. .1 hours) plus all reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred on your behalf (filing fees, mailing fees, etc.). This firm strives to provide fair and reasonable billing and welcomes any questions you may have about any invoice or statement you receive. Invoices must be paid promptly. Unless set forth in writing, there are no guarantees regarding the total costs of representation in any litigation. Finally, for litigation matters, in an effort to reduce legal fees we may bill reasonable flat fees for Court appearances ($125 - $300 per day) and depositions ($550 - $750 per day).  

TERMINATION OF REPRESENTATION
Our representation may be terminated by you or this law firm at any time. If at any time you wish to terminate our representation, please advise us in writing. The firm shall be entitled to collect all fees due for services rendered up until the time of termination by you, plus the reasonable costs in complying with Court rules pertaining to withdrawal of counsel, if any.
